Why No RGB?
RGB lighting is intentionally excluded on this Bluetooth version. RGB significantly increases battery consumption, which reduces wireless battery life. Keeping it off means longer use between charges for a cleaner wireless experience.
Important Notes
- Bluetooth ZMK only. This is not a QMK/VIA version. Wired VIA remapping is not supported.
- The Corne layout has no number row and uses layers for numbers and symbols. An adjustment period is normal if you are new to compact layouts.
- Battery may not be included due to international shipping restrictions. Please check with us before ordering if this is a concern.
- Product photos are for reference. Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and production batches.
- Warranty does not cover switch replacement damage, firmware modifications, or misuse.
The Corne (CRKBD) is one of the most refined compact split keyboard layouts available. At 42 keys — 3 rows, 6 columns per half, plus a 3-key thumb cluster — it removes every key that isn't essential and relies on layers to access everything else. The result is a keyboard where your fingers almost never leave the home position.
This is the keyboard for people who have decided they want a minimal layout and are ready to invest the time in learning it. The payoff is a setup that's faster, more comfortable, and more efficient than any full-size keyboard for everyday typing and programming tasks.
ZMK firmware handles Bluetooth wireless connectivity — between the two halves, and from the keyboard to your computer. Pair to multiple devices and switch between them with a keypress. Battery life is excellent.
The acrylic case keeps the profile low and the weight light. MX hot-swap sockets let you change switches anytime without soldering.

Due to the custom nature of our products, each keyboard is individually built and assembled to order — not pulled from pre-made stock. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
