Setup & Support

ZMK firmware is pre-installed and ready to use after charging and pairing. If you need keymap references or remapping support, contact us — we're happy to help.

Please do not flash or modify the firmware unless you have ZMK experience.

Important Notes

• 3D-printed cases may have minor layer lines or surface texture variation — this is normal for FDM printing and not a defect.
• This is a compact 3x6 split layout. An adjustment period is normal if you are new to split keyboards.
• Trackball sensitivity may feel different from a regular mouse.
• Use standard 5V USB charging only. Fast chargers are not supported.
• Warranty does not cover firmware modifications, incorrect assembly, improper charging, or misuse.
